Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Easy Etsy website (easy-etsy.com) and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our programs. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Etsy, operated by Easy Etsy FZC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Description of Services
Easy Etsy offers an educational coaching program (“Easy Etsy Program”) designed to teach participants how to start and grow a profitable Etsy E-commerce business. Our services include but are not limited to:
Self-paced educational course modules
Weekly group coaching calls with our team
Access to a private community of students
Templates, scripts, standard operating procedures, and tools
One-on-one strategy sessions (as included in your plan)

Payment Terms
By enrolling in the Easy Etsy Program, you agree to pay the full program fee as outlined during your strategy call. Payment options and pricing are discussed on a per-applicant basis. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to actively use the program.
Intellectual Property
All content within the Easy Etsy Program - including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, scripts, SOPs, frameworks, and community content - is the proprietary intellectual property of Easy Etsy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal education. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any program content without prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
Provide accurate information during the application and enrollment process
Use program materials solely for your own education and business
Not share login credentials or program content with third parties
Conduct yourself professionally within the community
Comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies in your jurisdiction
Take full responsibility for your own business decisions and results
SMS Program & Messaging
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Easy Etsy, you agree to the following:
Message types: You may receive text messages related to application status updates, coaching call reminders and scheduling, program announcements and updates, and (with separate consent) marketing offers and educational content.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. During the application and onboarding process, you may receive multiple messages per week. Marketing messages are sent periodically.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
No condition of purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any program or service.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, apply to our programs, purchase any services, or consent to receive SMS messages from Easy Etsy. By using our services or submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted personal information or enrolled in a program, we will terminate access and delete the data promptly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Etsy, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program. You acknowledge that results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior within the community, or sharing proprietary program content. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
